Camp Hosea is a venue designed around creating a fun and familial gathering place for your special day!

As a family-run venue who values the commitment of marriage, it is our genuine wish to serve as your helpful hosts and provide a beautiful place where you can savor your first moments as a married couple, surrounded by your family and friends. We offer different rental packages to best fit your celebration and make planning as simple as possible:

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL

Exclusive access to the venue and grounds (Chapel, indoor reception area, outdoor reception area, and more)
A large courtyard overlooking the lake designed for cocktail hour perfection! Includes, string lights, cocktail tables, outdoor seating, yard games like corn hole and captivating views
Tables and chairs setup just for you, send us your floor plan and we will set up your space exactly how you have dreamed
Large bar area to handle high occupancy, our bar is indoor and outdoor, serving guests drinks for both cocktail hour &reception

Caterer's prep area which includes plenty of prep space, and industrial sinks
Buffet area to serve all guests in a timely fashion

Two Day Rental — Makes Fridays worth it!

YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD THURSDAY FROM 9:00 aM - 11:00 PM TO YOUR FRIDAY RENTAL FOR A $2,500 THURSDAY RENTAL FEE.

Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

Please Note:

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Camp Hosea listed as the additional insured. This insurance price coming out to $250. ‍

We do require security at all events.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rates and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)

Alcohol— we do all alcohol “in-house” at our White Creek Venues Bar

Catering— we do all catering through our three preferred vendors all Brazos Valleys and Houston's #1 ranked catering services to give you the very best experience, offering a wide array of food varieties and services to fit your every food dream for your big day

Location and Stay— we are just 12 miles or 15 minutes from South College Station where there are ample hotels. great for room blocks etc. all right off William D Fitch and Highway 6

There are VRBOS right next door to the venue property that have exclusively partnered with us to enhance your wedding day experience, this is a great option for wedding party or family. Two homes "The Lodge" sleeping ~18 and the "Pine House" sleeping ~7. Details located on VRBO
