Can we visit the venue for a tour?

Are there any special features or amenities unique to the venue?

Our heart behind the venue was to create a space that is beautiful, intentional, and classic, to serve guests for years to come. Our venue is unique in that it offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for guests, large restrooms, a large indoor/outdoor bar, and it is surrounded by peaceful views.

How far in advance do we need to book the venue?

Our availability is always visible on our website, and we see couples book their date anywhere from 9 months - 2 years out.

Is there a preferred list of vendors we must choose from?

Camp Hosea has an exclusive bar service (alcoholic + mocktail options). If you are having a dry wedding, you are not required to have the bar service at your event. Additionally, we also have a list of exclusive caterers for you to choose from. Should you choose to hire an outside catering company, there is a fee associated with that option. For all other vendors, we offer a list of preferred vendors that we have strong working relationships with.

What's the parking situation like for guests?

We have two large parking lots to accommodate your guests!

Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready area available?

Yes - We offer both a bridal suite inside the main reception hall and a groom's suite inside the chapel. Both have a variety of amenities to use on your wedding day.

WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY FOR CAMP HOSEA?

The reception hall and the chapel can each comfortably host 350 people.

HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE AT CAMP HOSEA?

To reserve an available date with Camp Hosea, email [email protected]. Please include your names, first-choice for your wedding date, and your backup date (if you have one). We hope you can come out and tour Camp Hosea before you book, but this is not necessary to reserve a date with us.

HOW WILL TABLES AND CHAIRS BE SET UP IN THE RECEPTION Hall?

That is up to you! After we receive a floor plan from your wedding planner/coordinator, Camp Hosea staff will set up the tables and chairs to accommodate your guests (up to 350). When you arrive for the big day, the tables and chairs will be ready and waiting for your decor setup!
